In this poster, the authors discuss how they redesigned existing online onboarding tutorials in Springshare’s LibGuides to interactive modules with Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Mix, a free plugin which enables users to create accessible eLearning content with rich analytics. This research illustrates experiences redesigning approximately 10 modules from static content to rich interactive media tutorials, describe experiences deploying the new modules with library and IT workers, share employees’ feedback regarding their experiences completing the modules, and summarize analytic feedback from the online modules including time spent in training as well as pre- and post-training knowledge assessment results.
