Since 2015, Ottenheimer library has dismantled the traditional public services/technical services division. The consequence of this move has been the creation of new units, new roles for library faculty and staff, and the beginning of a transition that is still in progress. At the end of the program, participants will learn how one medium-sized academic library is managing the transition and adapting to new expectations and challenges.
